New items about interesting meetings and events or about the personal achievements of individual members, announcements, IBMS Local Events and letters are always welcomed by the Editor of The Biomedical Scientist.

In addition the Institute encourages members and non-members to offer for publication articles and features that have a broad appeal. Articles may be on any subject pertaining to the profession, for example or science, personal experiences, safety matters, overseas issues or projects.
