Annual SHOT Symposium 2021

The Annual SHOT Symposium 2021 will be held virtually over 2 half days and presents an exceptional opportunity for learning. Key topics covered include: • Highlights from the 2020 Annual SHOT Report • Patient experience and patient powered safety • Human factors and just culture • Impact of COVID-19 and convalescent plasma use • Consent in transfusion • Transfusion associated dyspnoea • Debate and panel discussion • Opportunity to ‘meet the experts’ at pre-symposium sessions. Early bird registration is open until 12th July. The ‘Early bird’ cost for the full symposium (two half days 07:30-15:00) is £30.00 per person or £20 per person for a single day. Early bird rates apply to any registrations where payment is received by 12:00 Monday 12th July thereafter the delegate fee will be £45 per person for both days or £30 per person for a single day
