Participants are recommended to bring their own samples along as a large portion of the course is dedicated to giving attendees the opportunity to apply the taught techniques to own research.
Will cover a variety of sample preparation techniques, including high pressure freezing, rapid cooling and cryo sectioning, as well as cryo-microscopy operation for both scanning and transmission Ems including specialist techniques such as freeze fracturing and cryo-STEM.
