Pathology training group attends a careers event in Shrewsbury for sixth form students

A team from Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust were invited to present careers advice at a sixth form college event in Shrewsbury.

IBMS members Cheryl Bonney, Chris Crosby, James Nottle and Roger Parkes answered questions from students and parents ranging from apprenticeships and career options.

Deputy Head Biomedical Scientist Roger Parkes commented:

“The evening was very good. There were lots of keen A level students asking questions about degree courses and career pathways.”
