IBMS welcomes University of Sunderland Biomedical Society
20 October 2016
The IBMS is pleased to announce our newest student affiliate society, the University of Sunderland Biomedical Society

The IBMS is delighted to welcome the University of Sunderland Biomedical Society. This group joins our sixteen other student societies as official affiliates of the IBMS.

We will be working with University of Sunderland Biomedical Society to support them in promoting biomedical science and guiding their members as they prepare for future careers.

The IBMS actively supports student biomedical societies and encourages members and alumni to get involved into events, careers fairs and fun activities to promote biomedical science.

You can read about the benefits of our student society affiliation scheme here.

Zeshan Ahmed, former President of the Middlesex University Natural Sciences Academic Society, had this to say about becoming an IBMS affiliated student society:

“Becoming an IBMS affiliated society was one of the best decisions I made to increase the profile and effectiveness of the Natural Sciences Academic Society, here at Middlesex University.”
