Opportunity to become a Consulting Advisor

With advisors recruited from the IBMS and the Royal College of Pathologists (RCPath), RCPath Consulting offers a service to commissioners and managers of pathology services.


Established in 2011, this service provides access to impartial expert advice, and demand appears to be increasing. At the same time, some advisors have inevitably stepped down, and recruitment has not kept pace with demand. In order to ensure that they can continue to provide impartial advisors with appropriate experience, they need to recruit more advisors,  

This is an opportunity for IBMS members to become advisors to impact the quality of patient care through clinical pathology input into strategic decision making. Any time spent on RCPath Consulting projects will be reimbursed.

Deadline

Receipt of applications must be before 12 noon on Friday 5 November 2021. Interviews are planned for late November.
