Work for us - Head of Digital Education
The role
Reporting directly to the Executive Head of Education, you will lead on the technical development, delivery and ongoing enhancement of our digital learning resources for all education and training materials and for pre-registration CPD. You will also work closely with our Education Team to record education and training data by creating, developing and embedding streamlined digital processes and procedures.
Who we are looking for
This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic about digital learning and has experience in developing innovative curricula, teaching and assessment materials, utilising technologically enabled resources to support effective learning. Experience of designing/deploying learning packages to clients and/or other stakeholders, being responsive to their needs through strong personal, organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills are essential to this role as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organisation and the wider profession.
Your experience must include detailed technical expertise and knowledge to minimise administrative tasks, automate data collection and storage and reduce waiting times for non-accredited degree assessments, support worker CPD portfolio completion and registration portfolio verifications. You will also support the development of a range of e-learning resources and assessments across the full range of pre-registration CPD activities and qualifications, giving a high-quality online learning experience to our members.
Salary and benefits
Salary equivalent to NHS AfC Band 8a or senior lecturer / Associate Professor roles in Higher Education but we are open to negotiation depending on experience to attract the right candidate for the role.
