This webinar will be on Zoom and is free to attend. It is aimed at Heads of Departments and other influential stakeholders; however, everyone is welcome to attend, but you must register individually. We will be recording the sessions, but not the debate. Therefore, please also register to receive a link for the recording even if you are not able to attend in person.

We will focus on what we have learnt since the over-subscribed first webinar, the recommendations that have been put in place and what is happening now. This work has the patient at the centre and our debate this time will look at Do we know what good looks like for a patient and what do we do if we are not good enough? We want to use this webinar as an opportunity to uncover problems that have affected patient outcomes that we may not be aware about. We encourage you to give examples of where patients have been impacted. Please include this via the comments in the registration process (see QR code above).
