Following the success of the Lab Coat to Leadership one day event in July and after listening to feedback, some bespoke leadership webinars have been developed called Laboratory Leadership Essentials.

Laboratory Leadership Essentials will begin with two webinars to help build self-awareness, grow your leadership skills, and learn how to influence and motivate others.

Each session is just one hour, with time to ask questions and an opportunity to pick up extra resources. If you’re unable to attend the live webinar, recordings will be available afterwards.
