We'll walk you through the key features of OneFile, demonstrate how to upload evidence, respond to feedback and track your progress towards completion.  Whether you are just starting your portfolio or want to make sure you are using the system effectively, this session will provide clear guidance, useful tips, and the opportunity to ask questions about the candidate experience in OneFile.

• Understand the purpose of OneFile and how it supports completion of the IBMS Registration Portfolio.
• Navigate key areas of the OneFile platform and access available support resources.
• Understand your role and the roles of trainers and verifiers during portfolio completion.
• Submit evidence effectively and understand the different methods available for evidence submission.
• Understand how evidence is assessed and mapped against the HCPC Standards of Proficiency (SoPs).
• Use OneFile tools to monitor progress and prepare for successful portfolio verification.
