Letters of Consequence - A history of the IBMS

A detailed account of the evolution of the Institute, which began as the Pathological and Bacteriological Laboratory Assistants' Association (PBLAA) and later became the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology (IMLT) before adopting its current name. It covers how the Institution, through education, examinations, and accreditation, helped establish and maintain high professional standards for its members in the field of healthcare.
