Ways to renew
Pay online by card
Pay by direct debit
If you would like to switch to paying by monthly or annual direct debit:
- download and complete a direct debit form
- send to [email protected]
Please note
Barclays direct debit mandates must be posted to the office with an original wet signature.
Pay by phone
You can renew your IBMS membership over the phone by credit or debit card.

Pay by bank transfer
If you are unable to pay by Direct Debit or debit/credit card, you may pay by bank transfer.
Please email [email protected] to request our bank details
Ensure that:
- All bank charges are paid by you (the payor)
- You include your membership number and surname as the payment reference
Pay by mail
Please only send a cheque if no other option is available to you.
You can also pay by:
- cheque
- postal order or
- bankers draft
Simply:
- make your cheque/postal order/bankers draft payable to "IBMS"
- write your IBMS membership number on the back of the cheque/postal order/bankers draft
- send to Membership Team, IBMS, 12 Coldbath Square, London, EC1R 5HL

If you have gained a professional or vocational qualification in the past year you may be eligible to upgrade your IBMS membership.
