IBMS Accredited - Change notification form
The IBMS must be informed of changes to an IBMS Accredited degree programme.
Proposed changes must ensure the programme continues to meet the IBMS Accredited criteria and be approved by the IBMS following submission of relevant documentation.
Please use this form, for undergraduate and post-graduate IBMS Accredited degrees programmes, to notify the IBMS in advance of any changes you propose to make.
