A visit to the lab can give young patients a new perspective on their healthcare, helping them see more clearly how the tests they have are linked to the treatment they receive

The Haematology and Transfusion teams at Sheffield Children’s Hospital recently welcomed a very special visitor, seven year old Scarlett to the labs.

Last year, the team at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary opened their doors to William for a Harvey’s Lab Tour.

The Medical Biochemistry and Immunology Laboratory at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff was delighted to welcome Jasper, along with his mum and dad, for a lab tour.

The Haematology and Biochemistry Lab at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was delighted to welcome Amelie and her mum to the lab's first tour.
