Introduction to NGS: DNA September 2019
This 2 days course gives an overview of each step of a complete sequencing workflow: from considerations for experimental design; choice of sample preparation method and sequencer; to challenges of data analysis. A participant will have an opportunity to discuss their future projects with our experts and have a chance to set up a sequencing run. The training will take place at one of Illumina Solution Centre. Target audience: Biomedical scientists who have no or very limited experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), but who would like to gain an understanding of the technology.
