Find out more about the requirements needed to become HCPC registered again and all education and training you will need before applying. There is also guidance on completing their forms and case studies from other professionals that have undertaken the process.

NHS England Return to Practice (RTP) Programme support

NHSE have a RTP programme dedicated to supporting all 15 professions to return to the HCPC register, including biomedical scientists.

Support includes but is not limited to access to:

  • funding
  • a national Share Point site with lots of resources including private and formal study resources
  • newly commissioned courses such a personal development programme with opportunity to connect with other returners
  • case studies of other returners.
