Blackpool Victoria Hospital

The Pathology Laboratory Service for Blackpool Victoria Hospital was first provided in 1938 and continues to provide a service to this day. On the 10th of November 1961, a new Pathology Department was opened. 

Thanks to IBMS members Lynn Kinniburgh and Clare Ellis for supplying the photos and information that show the differences between the areas of pathology in the hospital in 1958 and 2018.
