In May, Tahmina Hussain, Fran Lowes and Zonya Jeffrey concluded the Greater Manchester Pathology Network series of training workshops with their Training for new Trainers session which covered
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Developing effective training programs
- Engaging the next generation
- Incorporating training into a busy day

Feedback of the final sessions included one attendee stating “ I was so impressed with the training skills I did not know I had. The session really helped me show these off in the micro teaching section”
The idea is that attendees can develop and improve their skills and cascade the learning to their colleagues back in the workplace.
