European Histopathology Forum April 2019

This meeting consists of 16 lectures, two workshops, a discussion forum and a trade show. The first workshop will aim to give attendees an understanding of basic pathological processes, from cell degeneration, cell death to neoplasia and cell proliferation. The second workshop will aim to give attendees a greater understanding of antigen retreival, covering many of the the various techniques/methods currently available.

The basic pathological processes workshop is designed to give the attendees an understanding of pathological processes from; inflammation, vascular changes, cell degeneration, cell death to neoplasia and cell proliferation.  A greater understanding of these pathological processess will aid the attendees in their histology/histologist roles.

 

The second workshop is designed to give attendees a greater understanding of antigen retreival and will cover many of the the various techniques/methods currently available; microwave, pressure cooker, high pH buffer , low PH buffer, decloaking reagents.

 

It is hoped that the discussion forum will allow delegates to interact across many sites/levels of experience to get an understanding of quality issues of Human Tissue used in our work.
