The webinar is free to access and will last approximately 1 hour. It will include:

A 45 minute presentation covering the key recommendations and error trends within these categories

A 15 minute Q&A session, with members of the SHOT working expert group available to answer questions
- An excellent opportunity for CPD through reflective practice

This webinar will be relevant to all who work within the transfusion laboratory, transfusion practitioners, pathology management and those who work within NHS IT departments.
The webinar will also be recorded and available on the SHOT website following the session, where it can be used as an educational resource.
