In Biomed Online we have developed training courses in a wide range of topics identified by workplaces and individuals as being relevant for CPD. These range from governance and risk management, quality systems management, use of antibiotics and healthcare-associated infections through to diagnosis of various diseases and how to interpret clinical data for effective doctor-patient actions. By training with us on any of these courses, you will explore current problems and develop skills to help you make decisions in complex and unpredictable situations and will learn how to deal with complex issues both systematically and creatively. You will be encouraged and trained to act autonomously and to communicate your ideas and conclusions clearly to specialist and non-specialist audiences. Success will arm you with the qualities and transferable skills necessary in employment as well as the independent learning ability required for CPD.
