Members will also be able to join the meeting virtually, to:
- receive the annual members’ report of the Institute for 2023 and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023, together with the report of the auditors
- appoint the auditors for the ensuing year
- announce the appointments of national and regional members of Council
- consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following special resolution proposed by the Council: that Sarah May be elected vice-president of the Institute.
