The Manchester Bacteriology Discussion group welcomes attendees to their autumn meeting. This will feature a talk by Ravind Bhangal entitled: 'Resistance is ancient: antimicrobial hunting in polar environments'.
The talk will look at Antimicrobial resistance, hunting for new antimicrobial agents, emerging diseases and an insight into research outside the traditional laboratory setting.
Parking is available in the Chester Road car park. A buffet will be available at 6.30pm, followed by the main talk.
