Following their hugely successful January event, the Biomedical Scientist Empowerment & Discussion Group is back this month with a really pertinent and fascinating session led by Advanced Biomedical Scientist Alex Liversidge of Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust & Leeds Beckett University.
Sex & gender are significant factors in transfusion medicine. There is a lot to consider, from the immunohaematological factors through to the rules we set in our LIMS.
