A unique opportunity is available for an experienced individual currently practising as a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist and looking for a new challenge or change of direction

The successful applicant will have a particular interest in the administration and development of biomedical science education and training.  They will join the education management team of the Institute of Biomedical Science, reporting to the Executive Head of Education, and work with university course providers, training officers, IBMS Council and its Education and Professional Standards Committee.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding and sound knowledge of biomedical/clinical scientist education, training and development. This is a highly interactive role requiring exemplary communication and diplomacy skills. This is a full-time, substantive post commensurate with Agenda for Change Band 6.

You will be based in our London office and must be able to work with a degree of flexibility, including occasional travel in the UK.
