As part of Healthcare Science Week, the University of Salford, recently named Educational Institution of the Year at the inaugural IBMS Awards, is hosting a webinar exploring how apprenticeships are shaping the future of biomedical science.


This session will feature Michelle Payne, Strategic Pathology Workforce and Education Lead for North East and North Cumbria, who will share insights into recruitment, retention, and workforce development strategies.


Attendees will also hear from a Biomedical Scientist apprentice and a Training Manager, who will discuss how apprenticeships are creating new career opportunities and helping to upskill teams.


There will also be a live Q&A session, where you can submit questions ahead of time or during the event. A CPD certificate will be provided after the webinar.
