The National School of Healthcare Science is looking to appoint a highly experienced leader with a vision to making a positive impact on the future of healthcare science education

Do you have extensive experience of healthcare science education? Are you a leader with vision, drive and a commitment to making a positive impact on the future of healthcare science education? If you are then this most senior post at the National School of Healthcare Science may be the role for you.

The Head of School will provide expert strategic leadership across all areas of work of the School, including recruitment, assessment, trainee management and support, curriculum maintenance and development, accreditation, the development of new educational programmes and most importantly influence the future strategic direction for healthcare science education. The post holder will represent the NSHCS at a very senior level within Health Education England and with a wide range of external stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the education and training of healthcare scientists in all specialisms, making a real difference to current and future patient care. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 2 November 2016. The interview process is likely to consist of a panel plus presentation to a wider group of stakeholders.
