One month left to enter the Medical Sciences Historical Prize

The Medical Sciences Historical Society Prize is open for entries. The prize is awarded annually to the best poster or essay on a subject relevant to the history of an aspect of diagnostic laboratory science.

The deadline for entry is 31st March 2016

This year, entrants will be invited to write an essay, with the winning entry published in The Biomedical Scientist.

Entrants must be current members of the IBMS in the year of the award. The Prize is open to both IBMS eStudents and IBMS Associates or Licentiates who are currently undertaking an IBMS Registration Training portfolio.

The winning essay will be published in the June or July issue of The Biomedical Scientist, and also in the MSHS Journal and Newsletter. The winning author will be invited to the Institute’s AGM awards to receive their prize.
