IBMS is embarking on a project to gather and analyze diversity data to assess the extent to which we are achieving our equality and diversity aims.
IBMS is embarking on a project to gather and analyse diversity data to assess the extent to which we are achieving our equality and diversity aims.
Our new diversity webpage and survey will help us to review our processes to ensure they are fair and transparent, and do not have an adverse impact on any particular group.
At its September 2014 meeting, the IBMS Council signed up to the Science Council Declaration on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. By promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, the Science Council and its member bodies aim to create greater opportunity for any individual to fulfil their scientific potential, irrespective of their background or circumstances.
